What is your cancellation Policy? 

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. You can request a credit towards a future event. Cancellations must be received by calling 805-394-5560, (leaving a message is acceptable). You MUST call 48 hours before your event date to receive credit. Please know that your event will be prepared specifically to your needs. Therefore we are unable to give refunds or credits for No Shows.  

COVID Cancellation Policy: If you have any symptoms of COVID or Flu, we ask that you cancel immediately. We will follow our cancellation policy by offering an event credit or refund if you cancel within 48 hours of the class. Thank you from our team of painters and Madeline’s staff. 

Note: Coastal Wine and Painting reserves the right to cancel a painting event at any time due to class size, weather, sickness, etc. Every attempt will be made to notify event attendees if the need arises to cancel an event. We will invite you to reschedule your event or receive a full refund.

Should I call or email for changes to my reservation or cancellations?

You can not cancel or book reservations or cancellations via email. If you would like to add seats to your reservation, we recommend you call. If you are having trouble making an online reservation, we are happy to help you by contacting us directly. If we are unavailable by phone, we will call you as soon as possible.

Do you provide Wine?

Your registration fee includes one complimentary beverage. We offer additional wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages for purchase. We proudly provide featured wines from the Central Coast. A glass or bottle of Wine can be purchased along with food from Madeline’s. Although we serve food on the premises, the wine and painting events are limited to those ages 21 and older.

Can I BYOB?

Our host and we offer a wide range of wines, beers, and beverages. As a courtesy to our host, we cannot permit outside food and/or adult beverages. 

Can we host a private party?

Can I schedule a party at my location?

Yes, Coastal Wine and Painting can come to you! Please call us directly at 805-394-5560.

What is the age limit?

We allow children 12 and over. We are usually located in a restaurant environment and asked the children are well behaved.

Do you offer food during events?

Our hosts Madeline’s or Harmony Cafe offers food  for purchase.

Do you post event photos on social?

Please let us know if you do not want to have your photo taken.

Can I take home the wine glass?

Sorry, at this time we are not able to offer the glass.

Can my friends come and watch us without painting? 

We have limited seating but an outside seating area if they want to wait there.
